I’ve got a million things to say. But for once I can’t find any words that are up to the job. So here’s the Ally Pally gig through the lens of a camera.

I really liked the first support band – Red Light Company. As well as looking very stylish, they sounded good.

Mobius Band – these guys are definitely growing on me! Wasn’t too sure about them in Birmingham, but tonight they rocked.

I was well placed to get pictures of Chris. So here are some. How much does the camera love him and his Rickenbacker?

This is ‘Push Your Head Towards The Air’. The minimalist treatment – with Russell on piano – is beautiful. I even felt a bit tearful at one point (managed to avoid drowning, though!).

And this photo didn’t quite go according to plan, but I thought it had a certain surreal quality and left it in. They really are ants now.
