We are very excited to share the video for Editors\’ new song, Marching Orders, as well as information on how you can get hold of a limited edition test pressing of the 12 inch single.
As with the video for No Harm, Marching Orders continues our on-going artistic collaboration with our good friend Rahi Rezvani, who again directs.
This morning, we announced that 300 white label test pressings of Marching Orders were randomly sent to select Oxfam stores in the UK, Germany and Belgium. We gifted these records to Oxfam and all the profits from their sale will stay with the charity.
We\’re starting to hear that the records are selling out or that some of you have visited your local store and haven\’t been lucky enough to find a copy. If you go to your local Oxfam store and don\’t manage to find a copy of Marching Orders, we\’d like to encourage you to buy something else!
General sale tickets are now on sale for the Editors European tour 2015! If you missed out on tickets during the pre-sale earlier this week, now is your chance! Don\’t miss out!
Details regarding the Belgium and Turkey shows and tickets will be announced soon.
Well done to fan Erik Drost who found our hidden track on the Play It Again Sam sampler CD… If you already have the sampler CD, you have the track! Use a CD player and rewind back from the first track to find it. Erik also uploaded the song to YouTube for those of you […]
We\’re pleased to announce that Editors will be playing Save The Children\’s Christmas Jumper Jam at the Union Chapel, London on December 4th. They will play a short full band acoustic set.
Also playing are Tim Burgess and Mark Collins from The Charlatans and Slow Club, with more to be announced soon.
We\’re sorry to announce that Justin is unfortunately poorly, and will not be well enough to travel to Germany with us this weekend.
He\’ll be fine after a little rest, but he is under strict medical instruction to rest and not travel anywhere, so it\’s sadly impossible for us to do a full electric Editors live show.
